She collaborates closely with the Board of Directors to support decision-making, ensure smooth operations, and help create a well-run, thriving community.

Zanique is responsible for assisting homeowners in understanding deed restrictions, including their purpose and how they are enforced throughout the community to ensure consistent compliance while supporting a positive neighborhood environment. In addition, Zanique provides guidance and assistance to homeowners during the architectural review application process, helping submissions move smoothly and efficiently.
Marian Kelley

Marian supports the community by assisting with community oversight, guiding new residents through the onboarding process, and addressing resident questions and concerns. She also handles a variety of administrative responsibilities, helping maintain organized operations, responsive communication, and a welcoming, well-managed community environment.

Megan plans, coordinates, and executes all Lifestyle Events for the community, creating engaging and well-organized experiences for residents. She also manages and oversees all facility rentals, assisting residents with reservations and ensuring events and activities run smoothly. In addition, Megan works closely with existing clubs and groups to schedule their meetings and coordinate space and logistics.
