Ben is responsible for managing the community, managing the vendors and their contracts, maintains community financials, and collaborates with The Board.

Neci is responsible for assisting homeowners in understanding deed restrictions and their purpose, as well as enforcement throughout the community. In addition to this, Neci is here to assist homeowners with architectural review applications.  

 

Marian assists in community oversight, new resident onboarding, resident concerns, and administrative tasks.

Oversees association communications, and assists in lifestyle program planning.
