The Community Manager is responsible for the overall management and success of the community, ensuring it remains well-maintained, financially sound, and a positive place for residents to live. This role oversees daily operations, vendor and contractor relationships, budgeting and financial reporting, and onsite staff while serving as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, and management team. The Community Manager ensures compliance with governing documents and applicable regulations, implements Board directives, and supports long-term planning and community goals. With a focus on strong communication, operational excellence, and team leadership, this role helps maintain community standards, protect assets, and foster a welcoming, well-connected environment for all residents.

This role provides clear communication and education to residents regarding community standards while fostering awareness and adherence to established rules. Additionally, the coordinator assists homeowners through the architectural review application process by offering guidance on requirements, documentation, and timelines to ensure submissions are complete and processed efficiently. Serving as a key point of contact for architectural guidelines, this position helps streamline approvals and enhance the resident experience. Working closely with community management and review committees, the Operations & Standards Coordinator tracks applications, monitors compliance, and follows up as needed, contributing to a fair, organized, and professionally managed community.

The Administrative Assistant provides high-level customer service and essential administrative support to the community management team, helping ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment for residents. This role serves as the primary point of contact for residents, responding to inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring concerns are directed to the appropriate team members for timely resolution. Responsibilities include supporting new homeowner orientation, maintaining organized records and office systems, preparing and processing resident communications, and assisting with a variety of clerical and administrative tasks that support day-to-day community operations. In addition, this role helps maintain efficient office workflow by ensuring documentation is accurate, up to date, and readily accessible to support effective community management.

The Lifestyle Director is responsible for leading all aspects of resident engagement, community programming, communications, and amenity operations to create a vibrant and connected living experience. This role oversees the planning and execution of a full annual calendar of events and activities, including budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, facility rentals, and post-event evaluation to ensure continuous improvement and high resident satisfaction. The Lifestyle Director also manages community communications, working to deliver clear, consistent, and engaging messaging through newsletters, email communications, and other resident-facing materials. In addition, this position oversees sponsorships, partnerships, and financial tracking for lifestyle programs while ensuring all initiatives remain within budget and aligned with community goals.
Taylor Foeh, Lifestyle Associate
 
The Lifestyle Associate supports the Lifestyle Director in planning, promoting, and executing a full calendar of community events and programs that encourage resident engagement and connection. This role assists with event setup, on-site coordination, registration, vendor support, and post-event follow-up, while also maintaining attendance records and participation data. The Lifestyle Associate creates event graphics and promotional materials and manages social media channels with engaging, on-brand content to keep residents informed. In addition, this position supports resident orientation, assists with clubs and groups, and serves as a welcoming presence at community events. The Lifestyle Associate also helps strengthen community engagement by supporting clear communication and encouraging resident participation in programs and activities.
