Amenity Information
The Groves offers a variety of amenities designed to enhance residents’ lifestyle and provide enjoyable spaces for recreation, relaxation, and community connection. Throughout the community, residents can enjoy access to shared facilities that are maintained for convenience, comfort, and safety.
To help ensure secure access to amenity areas, residents are required to use an Amenity Key Fob for entry. Replacement or additional key fobs are available for purchase for $25.
Residents who utilize the pool are also required to wear a Pool Wrist Band. If a wrist band is lost or damaged, replacements are available for $10.

Set against the peaceful backdrop of the creek, the Wall of Honor offers a place for reflection, remembrance, and gratitude. This tribute will be thoughtfully updated this year to continue recognizing and celebrating the veterans within our community.

Take a break to join the scavenger hunt and see if you can find all the hidden colored animal statues throughout the trail.

For outdoor recreation and relaxation, visit Fish Camp, our stocked catch and release fishing pond featuring a dock and dedicated entertainment space. The pond is stocked with catfish and bass, offering a peaceful setting for residents to enjoy time by the water.
For the safety of the fish and sustainability of the pond, residents are required to use barbless hooks and stainless steel weights only.

Rising nearly 20 feet above ground level with a 10:1 slope, Mt. Groves offers a 200-foot incline to the peak—perfect for hill training and endurance workouts. Along the way, you’ll find dedicated incline exercise opportunities and a hilltop marker to mark your achievement.
For those with a competitive edge, Mt. Groves also includes a timed component to push your performance and keep you coming back for more.
