The Lifestyle Center

Guest Capacity: Up to 75 guests
Rental Fee: A total of $500 is required, consisting of two separate payments: a non-refundable $250 fee and a refundable $250 security deposit.
What’s Included: Exclusive access to both the Lifestyle Lounge (indoor venue with kitchenette) and the Pavilion (outdoor grill area with tables and chairs). Please note that the Splash Pad, Playground, and Swing Sets are not available for private reservations. The fire pit is currently unavailable for use.
Rental Guidelines: Reservations are limited to a maximum of six (6) hours, which includes both setup and cleanup time. For weekday rentals (Monday–Thursday), all music must conclude by 8:00 p.m. Weekend rentals (Friday–Sunday) must end by 10:00 p.m.
