IMPORTANT COMMUNITY UPDATES
March 24, 2020 - Playground Closures
The Groves team is monitoring the COVID-19 announcement very closely. In our continued efforts to comply with the City of Houston and Harris County’s Stay at Home and Work Safe Orders we will be closing all playgrounds until further notice. We know with the ever changing notices and updates keeping up can be a bit challenging but we want you to know we are monitoring the situation closely and providing updates on all matters that effect our community. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact The Groves team members.
March 19, 2020 - Playground Cleaning
Residents, around 12:00 pm there will be crews out at the playgrounds to clean.
March 18, 2020 - Groves Community Closures
In an overabundance of caution and in line with what other organizations are implementing, The Groves Community Association management office and amenties such as the Lifestyle Center, Fitness Center and Hearth will be closed until further notice. We will continue to monitor the situation daily, make adjustments, and provide updates as needed.
However, rest assured that business will continue as much as usual. Your team members will work remotely to ensure that you are being taken care of as much as possible with any questions or concerns you may have. Residents are strongly encouraged to email team members directly during this time.
We encourage owners to take advantage of all opportunities to interact with us from the convenience and safety of your homes.
• Email us at any time. Emails will be returned within 24 business hours.
• Q2 Assessment payment for April is still on schedule. If you have any questions about your assessment dues, please contact community manager DeAnne Cox.
• Join our Facebook
pages to stay engaged! We will be hosting interactive activities like scavenger hunts, and contests.
We look forward to returning the facilities back to normal operations once the CDC and government officials provide us with clear communications that the pandemic challenge has eased and we are no longer in a position where your safety could be compromised. Thank you for your understanding and for doing your part in keeping your fellow residents and our community safe.
