April 30, 2020 - Trash Service Update From Best Trash
This is a reminder that all residents of HC504 should always have their trash and recycle out prior to 7 am for collection. Beginning May 1, 2020, Best Trash will begin collection in the area starting at 7 am so we will be arriving earlier than normal. This change is due to the amount of construction vehicles in the area that make it very difficult to navigate through the streets in the afternoon. We hope that by making this change, we hope we are able to get ahead of the construction vehicles and service everyone safely. Should any customers have any questions, please feel free to contact
customerservice@besttrashtexas.com.
March 9, 2020 - MUD Text Message Update
The MUD has implemented a new Revetize mass messaging system for the Harris County Municipal Utility District (“MUD”) No. 504. The MUD is the water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer provider for residents within The Groves Community.
Going forward, communications regarding utility infrastructure (boil water notices, water line repairs, emergency situations, drought contingency, etc.) will be distributed through this messaging system in conjunction with any standard Texas Commission on Environmental Quality requirements.
SET UP INSTRUCTIONS
Text INFRAMARK to 1-855-487-0555 and you will get a reply with an attached link to add your contact information to the messaging system. Once you submit your information, the system will update automatically.
