On behalf of The Groves Community Association and all residents, welcome to your new home in The Groves! The Groves is a master planned community managed by CCMC, a company dedicated to creating an active, engaging lifestyle and strong sense of community. With experience serving more than 300 communities nationwide, CCMC provides professional management and exceptional customer service.

More than a neighborhood, The Groves is a vibrant community offering year round events and activities through its Lifestyle Program, encouraging connection, engagement, and lasting memories for residents of all ages.
As a homeowner, you are automatically a member of the Association and agree to follow the governing documents, including the CCRs, Design Guidelines, and Rules and Regulations, available at www.lifeatthegroves.com. Homeowners are responsible for assessments and property maintenance as outlined in these documents.
The management team is stationed on-site in the Lifestyle Center at 17317 Cathedral Pines Dr. Please feel free to call or email your Association regarding any questions, comments, or concerns you may have. To best serve you in person, we ask that you schedule an appointment with a member of the management team.

Complete the Amenity Membership Agreement to request access to The Groves amenities.
When submitting your application, please include a preferred date and time for pickup so we can ensure your access is prepared in advance.
New residents are also encouraged to schedule a New Resident Orientation with our Administrative Assistant, Marian. During this orientation, we will review your Welcome Home Guide and provide your welcome gift, key fobs, and wristbands.

The Association website, Life at The Groves, serves as the central hub for residents and is available 24/7 for community information.

The weekly newsletter, The Root Weekly, is sent every Thursday and provides timely updates on community news, upcoming lifestyle events, important announcements, and messages from the onsite management team.
It is the most direct and up-to-date communication tool for residents.

To pick up your mailbox key, please visit the U.S. Post Office located at 1202 E 1st St, Humble, TX 77338.
Mailbox keys are issued directly by the post office, and The Groves staff is unable to distribute or replace these keys.
