We are so glad you have decided to call The Groves your home. We created this page to help you get settled in your new neighborhood get connected to resources, and take advantage of what your community has to offer you.

Read through your Welcome Home Packet for information regarding the community, how to stay connected, and more. This includes all of the information you need to know as a brand-new member of the neighborhood.
New Resident Checklist
1. Pick up Your Mailbox Keys
To pick up your mailbox key, please visit the U.S. Post Office located at 1202 E 1ST ST Humble, TX 77338. The contact phone number is 281-540-1775.
2. Apply For and Pick Up Access Cards
Amenity access cards allow you to gain entry to the pool and fitness center. The Association provides up to two (2) FREE access key fobs per household. Additional key fobs cost $25 each. Cards will be issued once all documentation and any applicable funds are received.
Complete the application for amenity access below. Key fobs are usually ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. Access key fobs are only made during business hours, Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 5 pm. In the application, we ask that you submit a reservation date and time to come pick up your amenity access to assure your access is ready!

4. Register For The Resident Website
Registration is needed for all Lifestyle Events that are located on the website's Calendar tab. You can also access information on the website like Association financials which are only for Association members. To register for the website you can find the registration button in the top right corner of the website home page.
5. Log Into Your Resident Payment Portal
Your resident payment portal is your go-to to see your current balance, register for automatic direct debit, and view your account activity. Please allow at least 2 months after your closing day to access your payment portal. If you are needing your account number please email thegroves@ccmcnet.com. Start here:
