Rising nearly 20 feet above ground level with a 10:1 slope, Mt. Groves offers a 200-foot incline to the peak—perfect for hill training and endurance workouts. Along the way, you’ll find dedicated incline exercise opportunities and a hilltop marker to mark your achievement.
For those with a competitive edge, Mt. Groves also includes a timed component to push your performance and keep you coming back for more.
